Ice sports in the holiday region

Zell am See – Kaprun

Enjoy ice skating on natural ice rinks

If you are looking for a winter sports alternative to skiing, then ice skating is a great option.

The holiday region offers two natural ice rinks. The Kaprun ice skate rink is situated directly opposite the local fire brigade station and is open daily from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. The second ice skating venue is Lake Zell. When frozen, you can enjoy ice skating as well as other ice sports such as curling on the lake.
