1914
our great grand parents Anna and Anton Nindl from Hollersbach purchased the "Essreithgut" in Kaprun.

1928
the opened an alpine meadow to earn some extra money. Unfortunately the meadow had to be closed at the begin of World War II.

1939

The ‘Guggenbichl’ was purchased. The house used to be the alpine meadow of several farmers in Kaprun until the 1950’s.
Our grand father Ludwig Nindl, his wife Maria and her siblings where looking after the farm. The ‘Essreithgut’ was sold by the end of the fifties in order to purchase additional  land.

1959
the Guggenbichl meadows reopened, the house and the stables were renovated, guest-rooms were built and additional plots of land purchased. On the 19th of January 1976 our father Anton Nindl and his wife Elisabeth took over.
No one expected that our little organisation with 6 tables would become so successful.
2001 Herman Nindl inherited the farm.
2002 Toni Nindl jun. took over the guest house
2009 renovation of guest rooms.

We will never forget the hard work of our family who continued to develop the farm and guest house into the current appearance.
